I’m so excited to invite you to a fantastic event A Red Orchid Theatre is having – it is a special benefit screening of the summer blockbuster, MAN OF STEEL, co-hosted by Michael Shannon (playing the villain General Zod in the movie), and followed by a party at Rockit Bar & Grill!
The screening will be on Saturday, June 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at the AMC Loews 600 North Michigan movie theatres. Michael Shannon will introduce the movie to all guests and, after the screening, a fabulous party (within walking distance) will follow at Rockit Bar & Grill with complementary appetizers and cocktails (and special Kryptonite-style ‘mock-tails’ for the kids!) All proceeds for the event will support the work of A Red Orchid Theatre, including its upcoming season productions and Youth Ensemble programming (don’t you want more fabulous shows like Our City, Ourselves; Youth Voices for Tolerance).
