Some exciting news! Ellie has been cast on a pilot TV show called Heathologist with Chef Eric Paul (currently Executive Chef and creator of Alter EatGo). The show’s goal is to empower youth by teaching them how to make better food choices, develop a proper exercise regiment and support the ecosystem.
